These Terms of Service apply to your use of okcbusinessautomation.com and to the website and automation services provided by OKC Business Automation ("we," "us"). By using our website or signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We build and host websites and set up automation tools for service businesses, including missed-call text-back, review requests, lead follow-up and a lead management app. The specific services, monthly price and setup fee for your plan are confirmed with you before you sign up.
Billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. One-time setup fees are due when you sign up.
- There is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Setup fees and monthly fees already paid are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- If a payment fails and isn't resolved, we may pause your services until it is.
Your content and responsibilities
You're responsible for the business information, photos and content you give us and confirm you have the right to use them. If you use our tools to text your own customers, you agree to message only people who have given you permission and to follow applicable texting laws and carrier rules.
SMS terms
Program: OKC Business Automation sends text messages about free audits, website demos, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates to people who opt in on our website or text us first. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Costs: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Ownership
Your business name, logo, photos and content remain yours. The website design, code and automation setup we create are provided as part of your subscription while it's active.
Availability and limits of liability
We work to keep your website and tools running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search rankings, numbers of leads or reviews, or delivery of every text message. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use our services or to opt in to receive text messages from OKC Business Automation.
